Shipping Policies

All orders ship via United States Postal Service from our shipping department located in Salisbury, North Carolina. Please allow up to 5 Days* (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be verified and fulfilled. Even if you have paid for Priority Shipping, this does not make fulfillment any faster. Typically, we get packages out within 2-3 days, but during busy times, such as launch days or days with product restocks, we need up to the given time above. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery after your order has been received by the USPS. Shipping time varies by location and shipping service chosen by the customer. B&C Co., Inc. is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages. Once your order has been picked up by the USPS and propagated into their system, we are no longer responsible for your shipment and any claims must be appropriately submitted to the USPS. The customer is responsible for shipping in the event the order is returned to us. All International customers are responsible for all duties and import fees. By placing an order with B&C Co., Inc. you are agreeing to these policies.

*Applies only to items that are not back-ordered, which will be clearly noted on the product pages. If your order contains (1) item that is back-ordered, then the rest of the order will NOT ship until all items can be fulfilled.
