Where is my order? 
Majority of the products are sold as pre-orders and ship within 2-3 weeks of the date we launch pre-orders. Make sure you look for either "PRE-ORDER" or "NOW SHIPPING" in the product description if pre-ordering is an issue for you.

Can you make my patch?
Depends. If you're wanting us to release your patch, you can send it to us via email. Please keep in mind that we can't release everyones patch designs.

If you're wanting us to help you manufacture your patch, that isn't a problem and you should also contact us via the contact page.
