- Order fulfillment can take up to 3-5 business days. Fulfillment can take longer during new product launches and sales.
- Shipping time depends on the service selected at checkout. Domestic orders ship via USPS. International orders ship DHL by default.
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are NOT responsible for your order. Any claim should be filed with and ONLY with the the carrier.
- Please note that any customs fees related to your package, such as Duty Fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are NOT responsible for any order that is returned to us as an unclaimed package or due to fees not being paid.
- We will NOT issue a refund for this. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping fee again.
