Shipping & Fulfillment.

  • Patch only orders do not include tracking by default. For tracking, please upgrade your shipping method at checkout.
  • Order fulfillment can take up to 5 business days. Fulfillment can take longer during new product launches and sales.
  • Shipping time depends on the service selected at checkout. Domestic orders ship via USPS. International orders ship USPS INTL by default.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are NOT responsible for your order. Any claim should be filed with and ONLY with the the carrier.

International Orders:

  • Please note that any customs fees related to your package, such as Duty Fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are NOT responsible for any order that is returned to us as an unclaimed package or due to fees not being paid.
  • We will NOT issue a refund for this. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping fee again.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Sorry, we do not offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. Please refer to your packaging slip for direct help with your order.
