FAQ

How do I track my order?
You can track your order via the DHL website HERE. Domestic orders are shipped via DHL Expedited and are delivered via the USPS. If your order is eligible for tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email with the shipping confirmation. 

My tracking hasn't updated, whats going on?
When you receive the shipping confirmation, your order will be picked up within 24 hours (typically 12 hours). After your order is picked up, it can take up to 2 business days for the tracking to begin showing your packages movement. On average, in the US, it should take around 5-8 business days to receive your package after you have received a shipping confirmation.

Are you restocking the (product)?
Some products are periodically restocked, but not all are. Products that are released as a "collection", are rarely restocked. Other products, that are not released as a "collection", are restocked at random. Various product pages have product specific restock notification links, but you can always subscribe to our mailing list and receive all notifications.

Can I visit the headquarters?
Sorry, we do not allow visitors in our headquarters or warehouse. Buyers may make an appointment to visit our showroom, but must schedule an appointment within 30 days of desired visit date. We are in the process of opening a couple retail locations, which we hope can be open to the public by 2017. Please, do not waste your time visiting, you will be turned away by security.

I run a store and want to carry your products.
As the brand grows and our products become harder to keep in stock, we have to be very selective of where our products are resold. If you feel that our products would be appropriate in your store, please submit a support ticket, via the contact link above. Please include the following in your submission: Store name, store address, store URL, photos of store (if not available online), list of similar brands you carry and your federal Tax ID number. After this information is received, we will review your information and someone from our sales department will get back to you.
